About the artist
Photographer HACOB KHODAVERDIAN grew up inspired and fascinated with the works of photographers like Irving Penn, Yousuf Karsh and more contemporaries such as Michael Kenna. Hacob started his career as a commercial photographer specializing in product and still life, right after graduating from Art Center College of design in Pasadena in 1995. With a keen eye for color and composition and having mastered the art of lighting, he has continued exploring his love for photography; be it still life or landscape.

Hacob has won numerous awards and has been part of group exhibitions in Pasadena and elsewhere. Hacob is now a faculty member of Art Center college, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of photographers while at the same time continuing his own career as a commercial as well as fine art photographer.
