About the artist
To understand me is to understand my work. over the last number of years, I have been listening to a lot of podcast like joe Rogan. His guest are quite interesting and their views on life the universe and everything can be quite eye-opening. Graham Hancock and his books are some of my favourite topics in witch to lose myself and my imagination.
My Art is sometimes social commentary and sometimes pure imagination or creative fun. My medium is clay alabaster and acrylic, I start by sculpting out various objects which when fired I will use as pressing tools for later. I also like to use found objects as tools such as roots cogs & gears and any interesting objects that I find. I lay out my idea and make a reverse mould using frames and casting them in plaster. The plaster is then worked, carved & drying to make ready for painting. Moulds are made from latex for limited edition pieces.
Each limited-edition piece is painted individually and can be completely different or can be quite similar. I will photograph each piece separately. My limited edition will vary in colour. To understand my work is to understand me. Upcoming Events There are no upcoming events
