About the piece
This piece is totally representative of my style and purpose with my art; to express the soul of my subject matter by understanding the nuances of good drafstanship with drawing and then expressing the emotion that I feel is inherent in whatever I am expressing by lots of luscious color and paint. The piece can be shipped either in a tubed or wooden crate.

About the artist
"I am a New York City Expressionist Oil Painter of primarily Figures, Fruits and Flowers.

What this means is that my art supplies to its audience of acutely intelligent, curious and perceptive people endless opportunities to be wowed by something they can relate to on a deeply sensitive level. My art is able to do this because it is a continually fresh expression of what moves me with organic and relatable things; a person's look, mood, gesture or emotion, the randomness of flowers, the imperfection and lusciousness of fruit or even a line, a shape or an intentionally forgotten space. These are what stand out to me and I see as beautiful. I know that my vantage point is familiar and just like any and everyone's but that my expression of them by putting these things under the microscope and giving them top billing with my art is unique to me and a genuine pull for those who just as I do, get that whatever I am focusing on and expressing in my art really is magnificent. I have been painting for 30 years and showing and selling my art for 25 years. My art is in private collections across the globe as well as in some notable public venues in New York City."
