About the piece
The work is a painting of a man, capturing a moment of his time. The photo shoot used as a reference for the painting only took a few minutes. It’s a study of a fleeting moment that has been studied and painted for hours upon hours. In contrast, of the subject has most likely not giving the moment another thought.
